Terms of Service for InstaVC

1. Description of Service

InstaVC is a minimalistic web application that enables two people to connect instantly via a voice call. To initiate a call, a user must press "Host Call" and will be provided with a unique call code. This call code can be shared with anyone, and entering the call code into the website will instantly connect the user to the call.

2. No Data Storage

InstaVC does not store any data on its servers. This includes, but is not limited to, call logs, user information, call content, and call codes. Once a call ends, all related data is permanently deleted.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of InstaVC complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Users must not use InstaVC for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including, but not limited to, harassment, fraud, or the distribution of illegal content.
• Users must not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of InstaVC or its infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in InstaVC and its content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the creator of InstaVC. These rights are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries.

5. Disclaimers

InstaVC is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The creator of InstaVC does not warrant that InstaVC will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or viruses.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the creator of InstaVC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use InstaVC;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on InstaVC;
• Any content obtained from InstaVC;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not the creator has been informed of the possibility of such damage.

7. Changes to Terms

The creator of InstaVC reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at my sole discretion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
